Preparing for the Opportunity Fair

Note: The information below is from the 2019 InspireYouth@Work Summer Opportunity Fairs.

To assist those attending to prepare for the Opportunities Fair, we provide a guidebook so that attendees can do their homework and learn more about the organizations that are participating PRIOR to coming to the fair!

This means you should

  1. Review all of the companies listed in the packet
  2. Go to organizations websites to learn more about the positions available
  3. Apply to those positions online (if possible).

In addition to the employers, there are also mini-workshops on how to create and improve resumes, tips to finding jobs online, and making sure that the attendee’s social media captures the right kind of attention.

You don’t want to miss it!
